Re-registration of a company - 400 leva

• Accountancy services in accordance with the Accountancy Law, National Accountancy Standards and International Accountancy Standards 

• Accountancy analysis of trade activity, financial and tax planning for the client’s future business growth

• Preparation and client’s company registration, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law

• Monthly preparation and application of bye-sell diaries, as well as declarations, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law

• Preparation of employment contracts and the respective forms to go with them. Monthly preparation of work salary registers for the client’s company employees. Calculation of social and health insurances, preparation of payment documents and application of data declarations for the insured people to the National Income Agency

• Preparation and application of documents to the Labour Bureau for employment of unemployed people and using the benefits for that

• Preparation and application of patient charts and the respective documents to go with them to the National Insurance Institute

• End of the year accountancy services at the end of the accountancy period

• Preparation of Annual Tax Reports for our client’s companies: Balance, Income-Expense Report, Money Flaw Report, Personal Capital Report and all Attachments to go with those, in accordance with the existing accountancy standards

• Providing for inner and outside financial audit

• Protecting the client’s company interests at tax authorities

• Preparation of the respective documents, regulating the inner company  relations: Job Descriptions, Inner Order Regulations, Inner Company Rules for the Calculation of the Work Salary, etc.

• Preparation of reports that are to be used by the management staff of the client’s company
